The 3000 resource pack is a very immersive science fiction themed resource pack that’s been based around the idea of The Singularity. It’s a sensational pack that’s filled to the brim with many great visual elements such as high-quality textures, bright colors and lots of special animations for the players to enjoy. It overhauls the entirety of Minecraft’s visuals from start to finish so your experience after applying this pack will definitely be significantly different from what it used to be before it. Overall, it’s very well designed and you’ll certainly enjoy all that it has to offer, especially if you’re a fan of the sci-fi setting.
3000 is also one of the few resource packs that come with an actual backstory. You can still enjoy the pack without actually reading the story but you’ll probably like it significantly more if you know the events behind it, the decision is up to you. Onto its actual details, the textures of 3000 are absolutely fantastic because they look pretty clean, have some very vibrant colors in them and are overall just very well designed. The pack also features a variety of different sound effects that make the experience much more immersive and exciting.
Of course, it’s important to remember that 3000 is a relatively new resource pack, and it hasn’t even been a week since it came out so you’ll probably encounter a lot of missing textures and such when you use it since it still has a long way to go before being fully completed. It’s been designed at a resolution of 32×32 which isn’t that high, but it is ample enough to work with the sci-fi art style of this pack.
