Advanced Island Map 1.9.4

Advanced Island Map is a feature filled and pretty high-quality survival map that’s sure to give players a pretty significant challenge and put their survival skills through a pretty tough test. The map takes place on a rather tiny floating island that’s hovering somewhere in the depths of the skies with no other form of life nearby, and your objective is to, of course, survive up until the very end, but that’ll be no easy task. This is also one of the more distinct and unique survival maps out there since it has various ‘events’ that take place after set intervals. These events add a good bit of depth to the gameplay and give players something else to do other than the traditional survival gameplay.

Although there are lots of very unique features about it, perhaps the most standout feature of the Advanced Island map is the fact that you can actually alter the map according to your preferences. Players are allotted an island size of 100×100 blocks which is a pretty ample amount and allows players to put together a lot of cool contraptions on their map, this feature gives the map a whole lot of replay value and also adds a lot of flavor to the standard gameplay.

The Advanced Island map can be played either single player or with two players, and if you’re playing two players, there’s also a very enjoyable PvP arena that both players can utilize to go against one another in some very intense PvP matches to the death. As for the events mentioned earlier, they’re both designed to be primarily multiplayer events, so if you have a friend playing this map alongside you, then the experience will definitely be much better than what you’d get when playing the map in single player mode.

Events

• TNT Run – Starts every half an hour.
• Chest finder – Starts every three hours. You must find 2 chests with rare items.
• Seekstone – Starts every two hours. The first player must find and kill the second player.
