Arrowcam Mod for Minecraft 1.10.2/1.9.4

Like the name suggests, the Arrowcam mod gives the user a view of arrows in flight. The unique thing about it is that the view is first-person, as if the arrows fired suddenly grew eyes in their tips and could relay information back to the shooter. You don’t automatically watch every arrow flying though – that would be stupid and even fatal when doing PVP against other people. When firing your arrow, just hold the C button if you want to watch it zoom along its trajectory. Otherwise the arrow will just fire like normal and nothing special will happen.

It’s nice that the Arrowcam mod allows the user to alternate between watching and ignoring the first-person view from the arrows. Other mods have tried this before but they end up making the player get stuck every time they shoot an arrow. It gets so bad they just do away with bows altogether, or do the smart thing and simply uninstall the mod. You won’t get any of those hassles with this particular mod though, so it’s worth checking out. As a sort of bonus, it’s totally integrated with Minecraft 1.8 and up, and there are also earlier versions of Arrowcam available if you use older Minecraft clients.

Arrowcam doesn’t add any special arrows, upgrade bows or do anything else to change Minecraft. What you see is what you get here, which is kind of nice when you really think about it. There are so many mods out there which promise a lot and fail to deliver in several respects, but you never know until you download them and try for yourself. As for Arrowcam, it does everything it promises to do. Granted it isn’t much, but this is still the best mod available right now for performing this very specific function.

Skydaz doesn t make the mods, they post them on their website to make them more popular. Wouldn t it be convenient if there was a way for you to see exactly where your arrows are landing and adjust your aim accordingly?
