Medieval Series: Barracks is a rather peculiar and intriguing Minecraft map that’s pretty straightforward but can definitely come in handy for players who are specifically looking for what it has to offer. The Medieval Series by ThePlaku is a series of projects that implements many different kinds of medieval structures into the game, as you can tell by the name. This specific release in this series has been designed to add barracks into the game. Of course, it doesn’t really implement the actual functionality that barracks usually have like creating units but still it looks pretty well designed and can definitely be utilized to great effect.
The barracks of the Medieval Series: Barracks Map are very well constructed. The structure has an absolutely incredible amount of detail present within it that makes you want to keep looking at it over and over again. From the outside, it looks incredible and has a lot of astounding visual elements that players will absolutely love to see for example a tall tower that serves as a lookout spot to see any incoming intruders and the hanging jail where a criminal can be displayed to send a message to anyone who walks by the place.
What’s most impressive about the Medieval Series: Barracks Map is that the barracks has been properly designed from both the inside and the outside. As mentioned before, the outside looks phenomenal, but when you enter inside it, you’ll get to see a whole lot of extra eye candy. There are lots of beautiful decorations present in it, torches on the walls to simulate a gorgeous lighting effect and a very fitting color palette on the walls ties everything together quite nicely. Overall, if you’re looking for a properly designed and high-quality Barracks, then this project might just be what you’re looking for.
