The hype behind the IT movie might have started to die down as of recently but that still hasn’t stopped the capable community of Minecraft from creating various kinds of IT themed content for the game. Pennywise Boss Battle is a map that, as the name suggests, has been inspired by the creature in the movie and it aims to give players an engrossing experience as they try their best to combat the boss and avoid its trickery. If you enjoy PvE maps and want something truly extraordinary to keep busy with, Pennywise Boss Battle is a map that you should definitely try out.
The Pennywise Boss Battle map comes with a total of three different stages and each individual stage consists of a fight against IT. Each individual stage is quite fun to play due to how well designed the fights are but it’s crucial to point out that they’re actually insanely challenging so it’s not really a wise choice to play this map if you aren’t adept at Minecraft’s combat and don’t know how to hold your own against challenging mobs. The thing that makes the fights in the Pennywise Boss Battle map so intense is the fact that Pennywise has access to multiple different attacks and utilize each attack completely randomly so you can never predict what’s coming next.
The Pennywise Boss Battle map is quite solid on a technical level so there aren’t any bugs or issues in it that might end up hindering your experience. The map’s single player only, though, so you won’t get to have a friend alongside you as you try to take Pennywise down. The map’s been built to function on Minecraft 1.12.2 only so you’ll need to make sure that you’re on the same version of the game to make sure that there aren’t any compatibility problems.
