The Spring Hunt map is an Easter inspired map that could not have come out at a better time. It’s not really as in-depth and immersive as most traditional Minecraft maps are but, nonetheless, it’s a delightful map that’ll definitely get you into the spirits of the popular holiday. The gameplay is simple, straightforward, and incredibly addicting. Perhaps the best part about this map is the fact that it has pretty much no learning curve so you’ll be able to get the hang of it in mere minutes, even if you aren’t particularly adept at Minecraft’s gameplay mechanics.
The Spring Hunt map features a pretty simple mini-game in which the objective is to catch the Easter Bunny as soon as possible. The bunny will keep hopping around the playing area while throwing eggs at you and your goal is to dodge these eggs while trying to use the butterfly net in your hands to catch him. The goal of the map is quite simple but bear in mind that the bunny can actually be tricky to catch because of how quickly he hops around the playing area. Once you successfully catch the bunny in the net, you’ll win and that’s pretty much all there is to it.
The best part about Spring Hunt is the fact that it even features a two-player mode in which one player plays as the bunny whereas another player plays as the person who’s supposed to catch the bunny. We definitely recommend getting a friend to play this map with you because the experience in multiplayer is way too fun to miss out on. The map also features an awesome looking 3D modeled resource pack that definitely adds a lot to the experience. Overall, Spring Hunt is an awesome Easter inspired map that you should definitely be playing right now.
