Tantum Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.10.2

The Tantum resource pack can best be thought of as a toned down version of LUDIPAK. If you don’t know what LUDIPAK is then it’s basically a realism focused resource pack by ludik that’s quite well designed and awesome to use because of how awesome it makes Minecraft look. However, the problem with LUDIPAK is that it requires a high-end PC in order to function so you can’t really use it if you’re playing Minecraft on a relatively old PC. The Tantum resource pack has been designed specifically for players who’d like to enjoy LUDIPAK but don’t have the necessary hardware to run it.

Much like the pack that it’s been inspired by, Tantum focuses primarily on keeping things as realistic and smooth as possible. The pack doesn’t try to cram as much detail that it can into its textures and instead focuses on keeping them smooth and sleek. It’s worth noting that the color palette used by Tantum is a tad bit different than that used by LUDIPAK but most of the differences are fairly subtle, so you probably won’t even notice them unless you’re looking specifically for them. As far as texture quality goes, there’s absolutely no noise in the textures, so each one of them looks quite appealing.

The Tantum resource pack has a resolution of 16×16 although it definitely doesn’t seem like it. In spite of its low resolution, the pack seems to have the detail and quality that one would usually expect from packs that have a relatively higher resolution than usual. It’s important to keep in mind that the Tantum resource pack is still far from completion so it’ll be a while before you’re able to enjoy it in all its glory.
