The Border Chase is a simple map with a simple concept – while running through a number of parkour courses which become steadily harder, you must avoid the world border which is constantly creeping up from behind. If it catches up to you, you fall off into inky blackness and die when you reach the bottom of the world, just like you would if you could dig through bedrock and out of normal maps. The only thing you can do to avoid this grisly fate is to keep running forward. If you slow down or miss a crucial jump on this map, it could mean your death.
The map is pretty simple but that doesn’t stop it from being lots of fun. It doesn’t allow for any multiplayer support though, so if you try to play it with more than one person you will probably break the map in some way. This is unfortunate, especially when there are other maps like The Border Chase which also allow for more than one person to play at the same time. Because it is a unique type of Minecraft map, you might still want to check out The Border Chase, even if there are better maps of its kind.
