In The Dead Crypt, you wake up in a weird place that you seem to have no memory of. Upon doing some investigation, you realize that the entire place has been taken over by zombies and they’re obliterating anyone or anything that comes in their path. It’s an incredibly dangerous place, and you seem to be all alone in it. Your objective is to fight through the seemingly endless numbers of zombies and find your way out as quickly as possible before they end up catching and annihilating you.
The Dead Crypt is definitely one of the longer adventure maps out there seeing as it lasts close to an hour whereas most other maps in this category tend to finish at around 30 minutes in. As mentioned earlier, The Dead Crypt is quite massive. There are six different floors on the map, and a total of thirty rooms have been scattered across these floors. The map fully supports multiplayer and even encourages players to go through the adventure alongside the companion. The maximum multiplayer support for this map is five players, but it’s worth keeping in mind that playing with so many people might cause some unforeseen technical issues to occur.
