Diversity Map is made to be like a regular CTM map, but with its own unique differences. While traditional maps would have you simply gather the different types of wool required to build the monument, this map has you actually go through different levels and challenges to gather each color of wool. This adds a new dimension to this type of map, allowing for longer game play and a different objective to test crafting and hardcore skills.
With ten different game modes, each color brings you new adventure to complete in order to gather enough wool to build your final challenge.
- Orange wool brings you into an adventure mode world
- Brown wool takes you into a survival game
- Green wools give you a trivia type game
- Pink wool allows you to compete in parkour challenges
- Yellow wool will allow you access to certain areas of the map
- Dark blue wool lets you play in Dropper game – surviving different falls
- Light blue wool gives you an Escape Challenge
- Red wool gives you a complex puzzle to solve in the game
- Finally, black wool brings you into a boss battle
The rules for Diversity are simple and similar to other adventure maps:
- No breaking the blocks unless you are prompted to
- No cheats or commands can be used – this is especially important during multiplayer games
- You cannot change the game difficulty
- You cannot change your game mode
- You start out on the Easy level
This map can be played in multiplayer, just be sure to enable command blocks. Although the game can accept up to 3 players, it is best played with only 2, especially with all of its complexities. It is not compatible with Bukkit.
The sequel to the Diversity Map, Diversity 2 Map, is now available with some new updates and challenges to be compatible with newer versions of Minecraft.
Diversity Map Setup
- Download the map; you must get a zip or RAR file with the map.
- Unzip the map file in the following location:
%appdata%\.minecraft\savesfor Windows users~/.minecraft/savesfor Linux users~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/savesfor Mac OS X users
- Run the game and have fun!

I had the same problem. Are you running 1.7.4? It has to be for it to work.

Whenever I put the wool into the chest it keeps on saying Analyzing wool please stand back and it never analyzes it?

No. Just click skip ad on the Top Right Corner of the screen. Do not click the middle. It gives you virus. It happened sometime in 2015 for me. So don’t click the middle.

I get to the part past the white wool, but after that I can not get the other parts of the map. I just don’t get teleported, any ideas why?
I’m playing on 1.8.8 in the Trivia section where it asks what the lowest burn time item is. I chose the wrong door and it told me to find the fence in one of the furnaces, but they’re all empty. You may wish to check your command block codes concerning that fence spawn.
