Snowbound is a fun Minecraft map that players are sure to enjoy as they explore all that it has to offer. The map’s gameplay isn’t really anything groundbreaking nor is it packed with features but, even in spite of this, it still manages to impress quite a bit thanks to its top-notch execution and, of course, the fact that it’s quite easy to get the hang of so all players, whether they’re newcomers or veterans, will be able to use it without any trouble at all. We highly recommend giving this map a shot if you’re looking for a simple and straightforward mini-game to enjoy with your friends.
The goal of the Snowbound map is to increase your turf and eventually annihilate the entire enemy team and, in order to do so, you’ll have to create snowballs with the snow that’s in your turf and then hurl these snowballs at your opponents in order to deal damage and take control of their territory. The eventual goal is to build up your own base, expand your turf and take down the enemy team but this won’t be as easy as it appears on paper because the opposing team is going to do all they can to stop you in your tracks and complete the objective before you can.
One thing that we like a lot about the Snowbound map is the fact that it comes with its own delightful resource pack that actually elevates the visuals quite a bit. Resource packs are often optional when they come with maps, but the Snowbound map actually requires the resource pack in order to function so you’ll need to install it if you hope to make the most out of this map. All said and done, Snowbound is a great map that players are sure to enjoy.
