The Reservoir Map for Minecraft 1.12.2

The Reservoir is a thrilling Minecraft puzzle map designed for players who have a high level of confidence in their puzzle-solving abilities and want a map that’ll put their skills through the ultimate test. Most Minecraft puzzle map only focuses on a single aspect of puzzle solving such as Redstone, memory or timing but this particular map manages to combine all the different puzzle-based gameplay elements into a single package for players to enjoy. It’s not really recommended for new players since it is quite challenging and has various advanced mechanics that newcomers probably aren’t familiar with but, if you’re a puzzle veteran and have the necessary skills at your disposal, this is a map that you’re going to fall in love with.

In The Reservoir, you play the role of a person who’s been assigned the task of going to the top of a reservoir called Reservoir 3 and repairing the pressure malfunction that’s caused it to empty. The task seems like a fairly simple one on paper, but it’s actually a lot challenging than it initially seems because of all the challenges that you’ll have to overcome in order to finally reach the reservoir.

In terms of gameplay, The Reservoir consists of a variety of different gameplay elements that players will need a mastery of if they hope to make it to the end. There are 12 different levels in the map, and each individual level will focus on a different aspect of puzzle gameplay. Every single time you complete a level, the water level will start rising, and it’ll rise just high enough to allow you to gain access to the next level. Overall, The Reservoir is an immersive Minecraft puzzle map that veterans are definitely going to appreciate because of how complete it is.
