UnSolved is a highly fascinating horror map in which players have to go against all odds to solve a mystery that seems to be impossible at first sight. The plot of the map revolves around a portal created by Dr. Herobrine that can connect the regular world to another one far away. However, the portal ended up connecting to some evil world and then creatures from that world transported over to the regular world and killed all of its inhabitants. You seem to be the only survivor and must solve the mystery of how something this disastrous could happen while also trying to find any other potential survivors.
In terms of gameplay, UnSolved is definitely one of the more challenging maps available in its category. The map takes place in a block of horrifying apartments that seem incredibly scary even when you’re just walking through them. When playing this map, you’ll always have this strange feeling that something can go wrong at any moment, and this feeling is exactly what makes maps of this category so exhilarating and engaging. The gameplay isn’t anything groundbreaking but is still good enough to make sure that players remain interested until the end.
Horror maps also need to a couple there terrifying gameplay with some creepy visuals in order to provide players with a more complete experience and UnSolved does just that. The in-game environments are insanely creepy and give out a lot of terrifying vibes that make the experience much more immersive. The map’s been made primarily for single player, so if you were hoping to play it alongside a friend, then that won’t be possible. It’s recommended that you play the map with the default Minecraft texture pack because other packs tend to dull down the visuals a little bit and make them significantly less scary than normal.
