Marvel Mission Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.10.2

The Marvel Mission resource pack is definitely going to be the perfect resource pack for superhero fanatics whose comics of choice belong to the Marvel universe. The map isn’t really a traditional resource pack in the sense that it doesn’t focus on the in-game blocks and environment that much. Instead, the pack brings a lot of great items, armor and equipment designs to the table that have been inspired directly by Marvel characters. The pack just came out, so it’s still far from completion but, even in its current state, you’ll definitely enjoy using it if you’re a fan of Marvel superheroes.

It’s quite impressive how well the Marvel Mission resource pack manages to capture the essence of the superheroes. Each and every single one of the superhero armor sets that it implements are quite impressive and are packed with an insane amount of detail. Diamond armor has been replaced by Wolverine’s attire, Golden Armor has been replaced by Captain America’s Suit, Iron Armor is now Black Panther’s Suit, Spiderman’s suit has taken the place of Chainmail and, finally, Daredevil’s superhero suit has taken the place of Leather armor. Alongside the sets of armor, the Marvel Mission also features the weapons that belong to these superheroes such as Wolverine’s Claws, Daredevil’s Stick and even Captain America’s iconic shield.

On top of implementing some great weapons and armor sets, the Marvel Mission pack also replaces a few of the game’s entities. Hydra’s Armored Soldiers have taken the place of Zombies, Pigzombies have been replaced by Chitauri Footsoldiers and Creepers have been replaced by Ultron Sentries. The Marvel Mission pack has a resolution of x128 which probably explains why all of its armor and item designs are so high quality.
