If the name of Alone Survival Remastered sounds similar to you then you’ve probably played the Alone Survival map that we talked about roughly three years back. Alone Survival was an exceptional map that was an absolute delight to play as it was filled to the brim with many engaging gameplay elements and even had a captivating plot that kept players hooked until the end. Alone Survival Remastered doesn’t necessarily offer anything completely new but, what it does offer, is various improvements that come together to make for a significantly more enjoyable experience than what the original had to offer.
Gameplay
At its core, Alone Survival Remastered is based on the same fundamentals as Alone Survival itself but there are various aspects that help set this particular map apart. Alone Survival Remastered comes with a better intro and ending, the island itself is bigger, there are more structures to explore, there are more resources to acquire, and thirst and temperature play a role in this remastered version as well. There are fifty different goals on the island that you will have to complete while keeping track of your thirst and temperature because you might end up taking damage if you don’t maintain these things at the right levels.
Compatibility and Technical Aspects
Since Alone Survival Remastered is a remaster of the original, it does an excellent job of remedying the minor bugs and issues that existed in the first, and the end result is a map that seems to be completely free of bugs and technical issues. The map is available for Minecraft 1.13.2 so you’ll have to be on the same version of the game if you wish to utilize it.
Conclusion
Overall, Alone Survival Remastered is a top-of-the-line survival map that takes every single thing that made the original Alone Survival so great and elevates it all to the next level.
