EXON Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.11.2

EXON is a top notch resource pack designed by ExplosiveNation in order to give players a pack that stays faithful to Minecraft’s vanilla art style but simultaneously manages to elevate the visuals to the next level. EXON might not be the most groundbreaking or innovative resource pack out there but it’s certainly a great choice for players who are avid fans of the vanilla Minecraft art style and are looking for a pack that doesn’t change it all that much. It’s also worth mentioning that this particular pack has been inspired by the Faithful packs designed by Vattic and xMrVizzy so if used these packs before then you;’ll certainly feel right at home with this resource pack.

Once you enter the world of Minecraft after applying the EXON pack, the first thing you’ll see is that the visuals of this pack share an art style that’s quite similar to vanilla Minecraft’s visuals. However, while the art style might be similar, the execution of this particular resource pack is on another level. The textures carry a lot more detail and they have a lot less noise in them than vanilla textures do and this definitely leads to a more immersive and enjoyable visual experience.

The EXON resource pack has been out for close to two years now but it’s still in a sort of development phase so some of its textures are definitely subject to change in the future. It’s recommended that you use the pack with Optifine as it leads to a much more engaging and enjoyable experience. The resolution of this pack is 32×32 so it’s not that heavy on PC resources and likely won’t lag that much on most PCs.
