Illogical is a Minecraft puzzle map that’s been designed to be as infuriating as possible. Puzzle maps are infamous for their insane difficulty but Illogical Minecraft seems to take it all up a notch. The map, as the name suggests, throws all logic out the window so you can’t expect to go through it if you utilize a traditional approach. Instead, you’ll have to adapt to the puzzles of the map and adjust your play style accordingly if you hope to make it to the end without getting stuck on one particular puzzle.
Illogical isn’t the longest puzzle map out there as far as its overall design is concerned but completing it can actually take a while because the puzzles are rather confusing and, if you don’t concentrate on the little things, it’ll be quite some time before you end up solving the puzzles. It’s important to point out that Illogical also consists of a parkour sequence in-between all the puzzles and this parkour sequence actually provides a nice change of pace from all the puzzles that the map throws at players. However, if you only want to stick to the puzzle gameplay, the parkour part can be skipped entirely.
The Illogical Minecraft map can be played in single-player or multiplayer so, if you want to bring a friend along with you on your journey, you’ll be allowed to do so. We actually recommend playing the map alongside a friend, especially if you aren’t adept at playing puzzle maps because you’ll have a much easier time that way. The technical side of Illogical is solid since there aren’t any noteworthy glitches or bugs that would hinder the experience for players. Overall, Illogical is a solid Minecraft map with quite a lot of frustrating but satisfying puzzles to offer.
