Over the years, we’ve grown accustomed to seeing Minecraft map releases that are inspired by holidays and 2017 is no different. Lep’s Quest is a map that’s been inspired by St. Patrick’s Day which was of course on the 17th of March. The map was actually designed in under eight hours because the developer wanted it to be released by the time St. Patrick’s Day came around but, surprisingly enough, it doesn’t actually seem like the map was designed in such a short amount of time because it’s pretty high quality and manages to provide players an engrossing experience that they’re sure to remember.
As the name suggests, you take control of the character named Lep in Lep’s Quest. Your parents one day decided that you should spend more time with your Grandma so you went off to visit her but, as you enter your Grandma’s house, you realize that many peculiar things are going on in the place. That night, when you fall asleep, you start to have dreams about things like Leprechauns inside a secret bunker and, as it turns out, this bunker actually exists near your Grandma’s house so you decide to investigate what secrets it holds.
Lep’s Quest isn’t that challenging so, as long as you have a grasp of how Minecraft’s basics work, it’s highly unlikely that you’ll have any trouble while trying to get through it. The game world of Lep’s Quest isn’t all that massive but it’s a pretty designed game world and you’ll still enjoy exploring it to see all the secrets that it has to offer. The pack comes with its own expertly crafted resource pack as well as tons of high-quality custom made 3D models so it’s sure to provide you with a great visual experience on top of its excellent gameplay. Overall, Lep’s Quest is a great map that might not push the boundaries of this map category but is certainly worth giving a shot at.
