Soviet Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.8.1

The Soviet resource pack for Minecraft might as well be called the Red Alert resource pack. It changes the title screen to make the game look different right from the point the player starts, and adds a blown up image of the Tanya character and several other notable faces from the game, in the form of paintings. While players aren’t going to see any cybernetic bears roaming around, this resource pack still adds plenty of content.

Everything in Minecraft gets a facelift from Soviet resource pack, from trees to planks to bricks and more. Saplings, flowers, torches and other items which can be placed by the player also get some nice updates. One nice feature is that players can create chain link fences out of iron bars, which look more like fences than barriers from jail cells.
