The Aquatic Update is a truly innovative Minecraft puzzle map that’s been designed to make the most out of the features implemented in 1.13.2 in order to provide players with an exciting gameplay experience that’ll have them hooked until the very end. In recent times, puzzle maps for Minecraft have started to grow rather stale as there haven’t been any new mechanics that would keep things fresh but, thankfully, the 1.13.2 update has changed this entirely. There are many new features in version 1.13 of Minecraft, and The Aquatic Update utilizes these features in a creative manner which is why we highly recommend giving the map a shot.
The Aquatic Update consists of a total of 22 different levels, and these levels utilize all the gameplay mechanics featured in Minecraft 1.13.2 like tridents, riptides, water mazes, and an array of other things that players will be delighted to experience. One important thing to remember about the map is the fact that it can definitely become quite challenging due to the intricately crafted levels and, of course, due to the new mechanics that players aren’t familiar with yet so it’ll definitely be best to bring your A game to the map if you hope to make it through to the very end.
The gameplay of The Aquatic Update can last anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes depending on how skilled you are at solving Minecraft puzzles but, if you’re unfamiliar with puzzle maps, it may take you up to two hours in order to completely get through the map. One thing that we really like about The Aquatic Update is the fact that it supports multiplayer so if you want to enjoy the experience alongside a friend who’s willing to tag along.
