Ultra Hardcore Midnight Challenge is a map that, as you can tell by the name, has been designed for the audience of players looking for a truly hardcore challenge thatโll take a great deal of skill and effort to get through. This is a survival map with some extremely intense gameplay to offer and youโll definitely be hooked on it from the moment you start playing. Before we go into any of its details, though, we want to highlight that this map isnโt for newcomers to the survival category as it can be incredibly infuriating at times for players who arenโt particularly adept at playing maps of the sort.
Gameplay
The gameplay of Ultra Hardcore Midnight Challenge is an absolute treat and, while the map doesnโt really have anything innovative to bring to the table in terms of gameplay, itโs still an absolute delight to play. The mapโs defined by the fact that itโs permanently set to night time and there are extremely limited resources to go around so youโll have to make the most out of every single thing you come across. Itโs also worth highlighting that mobs will constantly be spawning and, in order to succeed at the map, youโll have to beat the Ender Dragon which will be no easy task considering the limited resources youโll have at your disposal.
Compatibility and Technical Aspects
The Ultra Hardcore Midnight Challenge map seems to be immaculate on a technical level but one thing we want to highlight is that this map is best played without any resource pack because they can often hinder clarity and cause players to miss key details in the world around them such as the presence of ores. The map is compatible with Minecraft 1.14.4 only so this is the version youโll need to use in order to play it.
