Default 32×32 Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.11/1.10.2

The Default 32×32 resource pack has been designed for the players who’ve wanted Minecraft to look like a better version of its current self. There are a lot of resource packs out there nowadays that alter the defining look of the game in various ways, and while these are pretty fun to use, there are times during which players just want to make the game look how it’s supposed to, and the Default 32×32 is perfect for this purpose. It’s been downloaded nearly 20,000 times in a period of eight months which is an impressive feat.

Default 32×32 takes the original textures and simply makes them look better by recreating them at a higher resolution. There’s no doubting the fact that creating a proper resource pack of this kind can be rather challenging because there are just so many standards that the developer has to match in order to make the pack worth anyone’s while, but it’s safe to say that Default 32×32 hits then nail on the head because every single texture looks exactly as it’s supposed to.

Of course, like most other resource packs, Default 32×32 does come with its fair share of issues. Some players have reported compatibility issues with newer versions of Minecraft, and some have even had buggy textures, but alongside this, there’s been a whole lot of critical acclaim as well so your experience should be a good one. It’s worth remembering that the pack is currently a work in progress so you might run into a few incomplete textures but these occurrences are fairly uncommon and won’t have any significant impact on your experience.

  1. Thanks for creating such a detailed review! This is really challenging, I have to remake one texture several times to make it look detailes and original at once. We’re doing the Big Enhancement Update of the pack, this is the full revision of the current textures to improove them totally, make them friendly with builds and pleasant for eyes.

  2. Hi there I was wondering if you could make a link that isn’t adfly. I don’t trust the adfly thing very well.

    • There’s no reason to not trust AdFly. The link has been around for more than a year, and no one complained about it. AdFly manually checks its ads and doesn’t allow ads that make you download something automatically. 18+ ads are no more a thing there since they recently got a totally separate service for that. I 100% assure you.

        • Alright. We have now moved to Curse, I hope I can negotiate changing links with the post author. I can’t past links here, you can find it there by using search 😉

          • “…Alright We have moved to Curse…” uh, got a clue how to find your Resourcepack ??? Can’t be found under “32×32” nor with “default” (doubt you mean the FAITHFUL 32×32 😉 ) nor with your “SLembas” alias….
            …care to enlighten us ?

      • I 100% assure you that this would get twice as many downloads if you chose another ad service, with a better reputation. Adfly has a long history of malicious software and viruses. Even if they’ve cleaned it up, nobody intelligent will ever trust them again. It’s one of those “too little too late” things, as far as their reputation goes. They allowed the problem to persist for too long, and will not recover their namesake, and 99% of people who see adfly on a link will “nope” the heck out of it. I take the chances with them, but I ALWAYS end up running two virus scan programs whenever I have to. Not everyone’s going to want to be arsed, especially for something like an MC texture pack. Just because no one’s ever directly complained to you, doesn’t mean nothing’s ever happened.

  3. can’t download anything on adfly,
always spams that adblocker message and that they’ll only allow me to download anything if I turn off my adblocker which sure as hell won’t happen
