Graves is a mod adds an incredibly useful feature which makes certain that players won’t have to lose their items ever again due to any unforeseen circumstances. One big problem faced by almost every single Minecraft player is that they die in a situation they weren’t prepared for and because of this they end up losing a lot of the things that they had in their inventory. Losing all your items is, of course, a very major setback that everyone would much rather avoid and this certain mod makes it so that you won’t have to face this trouble ever again.
The Graves mod implements a feature that spawns a grave at your location whenever you end up dying, but this grave isn’t just for display purposes as one would normally think. Instead, the grave holds pretty much every single one of your possessions that you were carrying upon death and it lasts for an indefinite amount of time as well so you can return to it whenever you want in order to retrieve all your things. It’s an insanely convenient mod due to obvious reasons, and it’s pretty likely that once you’ve used it, you’ll never want to stop using it.
One of the best things about the Graves mod is the fact that it also gives players a directional arrow pointing towards the location of their grave and this feature is quite useful for players who have difficulty finding their way around the game world. There have been mods similar to Graves before, but none of them show the level of polish and refinement that this particular mod does. The mod came out during the first week of 2016 and up until now, there haven’t been any major bug reports which is a testament to its quality and as of recently it’s also been updated to work with Minecraft 1.10.
