With Halloween just around the corner, there simply could not be a better time to release a map like Halloween Hunt. The map is without a doubt one of the most exhilarating and thrilling Halloween-themed maps out there because it fully embraces the spirit of the holiday and gives players a spooky experiences that they will not forget. The map is a combination of horror and game maps so it’s definitely going to be a lot of fun to play, although, we don’t really recommend playing it if you’re faint of heart as it has almost all the features of a top quality horror map such as jump scares, spooky noises and more.

In Halloween Hunt, you decide to make the stupid move entering a creepy mansion that’s situated across the street from your house. You thought the stories that you had heard about it many years ago were just fake myths and, under peer pressure, decided to go in alongside a bunch of your school friends. However, once you enter the house, the doors immediately closed and were locked. After this whole incident, Death himself came to greet you and told you that only one person will be able to survive the night and that person will be the one who can find the spookiest candy in the house. You must find this candy in order to save your life before it’s too late.

The gameplay is quite straightforward, all you have to do is roam around the dark mansion in search of candy. However, the twist lies in the fact that certain chests are cursed, and the reaper is looking for you as well and you have to avoid him at all costs because he’ll set you back quite a lot if you ever encounter him. Overall, Halloween Hunt is definitely the perfect map to be playing right now seeing how the holiday is right around the corner.

How to install Halloween Hunt Map?

Press the Windows or Start button, then press R. This will open the Run prompt.
Type %appdata% into the prompt and run the command.
A folder filled with other folders will now open. Just find the Minecraft folder among these and open it.
In .minecraft you will find another folder, saves. Unzip and move your world file into this folder and you’re all done.
