Jump Now Map for Minecraft 1.9.4

The Jump Now map designed by AngeloMC_ is a simple, elegant, straightforward and addictive pack that fans of parkour will no doubt enjoy playing quite a lot. Nowadays, almost every new parkour map tries to innovate the category by implementing new mechanics and features into the mix and while this has definitely lead to some pretty amazing and engaging maps, there’s still no doubting the fact that the traditional parkour formula still works just as well. Jump Now features classical parkour gameplay without any additional bells and whistles so hardcore parkour players will definitely be hooked on it from the minute it starts.

The defining characteristic of the Jump Now map is the fact that it’s highly focused on the reaction timings of a player. As its name suggests, the map consists of many incredibly difficult jumps that you won’t be able to pull off unless you execute the jump at the perfect timing. Getting the hang of the difficult jumps can be a bit challenging at the beginning but after a few minutes of playing you’ll probably get settled right into it. The map has 10 different levels that you’ll need to get the past, and most of them share a similar design so once you get the hang of this map’s basics, you will likely be able to get through it with relative ease.

One extremely important thing that you’ll need to keep in mind regarding the Jump Now map is that it has one very crucial condition that you will need to play according to. The condition is that diamond blocks are the only safe blocks in the map so if you step on anything else such as the red clay, then you’ll end up dying and will be set back quite a lot. Due to this, you’ll need to plan each one of your jumps and steps carefully, so you don’t end up dying.
