Aksupack Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.10.2

Aksupack is a pretty old resource pack that first surfaced around four years ago but after a while slowly faded out of the picture since it wasn’t receiving that much coverage or critical acclaim. However, as of recently, the pack’s been updated with a lot of great environment textures as well as subtle user-interface changes in order to meet most of the modern day resource pack standards so it might just be worth a shot. It isn’t anything revolutionary, but it’s still a fairly well-constructed pack that has quite a bit to offer.

Aksupack prides itself on the fact that it’s filled with a lot of great custom textures, and the great thing about fully custom textures is that they make the game world look unique and distinct which is something that not every resource pack can do. The level of detail in the textures is fairly high, and they look rather sharp as well although they can get a tad noisy at times which takes away from their appeal a little bit. The color palette isn’t as bright as one would hope but fortunately, the slightly duller color scheme ends up synergizing nicely with the look of the pack’s custom textures.

It’s worth mentioning that the version of Aksupack resource pack currently available to the public has been titled by the creator as a kind of beta version that’s been made solely for testing purposes. The full version will be released in a couple of days and is bound to have lots of improvements which is of course great news for players who enjoy the look of this pack. The resolution of Aksupack’s textures is 16×16 so you shouldn’t expect groundbreaking levels of detail from them but the positive side of this is, of course, the fact that the pack can be run on low-end PCs without any major problems.
