Apture is a resource pack by Fiscorb that wasn’t really intended for release when it was initially designed but, fortunately for the community, the pack’s been made available to the public as of recently, and this is definitely great news because this is a gorgeous looking resource pack that’s definitely ahead of the curve as far as traditional 16×16 packs go. The pack features an appealing color palette, top-tier texture design and a variety of other elements that players are going to enjoy quite a bit if they’re looking for something that’ll enhance their Minecraft’s visuals to a whole new level.
As far as the color palette goes, Apture features some of the brightest colors that we’ve seen in a Minecraft resource pack. Bright colors are definitely a good thing most of the time but, if not executed properly, they can actually end up being overbearing rather than appealing. Fortunately, though, this doesn’t seem to be an issue with the Apture resource pack because its textures actually seem to synergize near flawlessly with the pack’s color palette and the end result is a harmonious and vibrant set of visuals that players will not be disappointed with.
The resolution of the Apture resource pack is the Minecraft standard of 16×16 which is why, as long as you have a computer that can run the vanilla version of the game without running into an array of frame-rate problems, you’ll have absolutely no trouble getting the Apture to run at a stable FPS. The pack’s at 100% completion as well so you won’t have to worry about any missing textures hindering your experience.
