Between Caves is a thrilling and engaging puzzle map that’ll have players coming back for seconds because of how creatively designed it is. Most puzzle maps don’t really have a lot of replay value since they get boring once you figure the solutions out but this is one of the few maps that you’ll enjoy no matter how many times you come back to it. Between Caves features a thrilling setting, creatively designed levels, and pretty much everything else that one would expect from a top-tier puzzle map. If you enjoy puzzle maps and want to test your skills, this is the map to go with.
As the name suggests, Between Caves takes place in the depths of a mysterious cave and the objective is to get out of the cave as quickly as possible. The cave is filled with many creepy things and weird places, so you’ll need to move quickly before something gets to you. In order to escape the caves, you’ll have to find items and solve puzzles that will open up the path for you. The puzzles of the map are quite challenging, so you’ll definitely need to display a lot of focus and patience in order to get through. If you’re new to this map category, then we don’t really recommend playing the Between Caves map as it’s quite challenging and can be extremely difficult to complete if you haven’t had any prior experience with puzzle maps.
In order to enjoy Between Caves as it was meant to be enjoyed, we recommend playing with the default resource pack with the graphics set to fancy, the music turned off and the brightness set to moody. The map’s been made for Minecraft 1.10.2, so if you’re using an older version of Minecraft, you’ll have to upgrade in order to avoid compatibility problems.
