Cavern Mod

Cavern is an excellent Minecraft mod that’s built with the intention of adding more content to the game. The game world of Minecraft has a lot to offer but, in spite of this, things can get repetitive after a while if you play the game for long periods of time on a daily basis. Through the Cavern mod and all of its great content, you’ll be able to breathe new life into your Minecraft. The map’s available for multiple different Minecraft versions as well so there’s a good chance that you won’t need to upgrade or downgrade your Minecraft in order to play the game.

The Cavern mod implements a whole lot of new cave dimensions into Minecraft. There’s the regular Cavern, the Aqua Cavern, the Caveland and finally, the Ice Cavern. What’s most impressive amount this mod is the fact that each individual cave dimension feels completely unique and this shows that a lot of effort has gone into making this pack. In order to get to your cave dimensions, you’ll need to craft portals and the materials used to craft the portal will vary depending on what dimension you’re trying to go to. Once your portal is ready and setup, all you have to do is walk inside it and wait for a while so that you can be teleported to the target dimension.

Aside from the cave dimensions, the Cavern mod also has various other features that the players will get to enjoy. There are multiple different kinds of blocks that serve special functions, lots of unique items that are quite unlike traditional in-game item and special mobs as well that require unique strategies to combat. The Cavern mod requires players to have Minecraft Forge version 12.18.2.2099 or newer if they’re using the mod on Minecraft 1.10.2 because it won’t function otherwise.
