Chroma Wars is an addicting and highly engaging PvP map in which two teams go against one another in a fast paced paintball match to see who the best is. The gameplay of Chroma Wars isn’t anything unique but, nonetheless, it’s quite engaging, and, as long as you have a couple of friends to play with, you’re going to have a delightful time. It’s worth mentioning, though, that the gameplay of Chroma Wars does come with a few twists that you probably aren’t used to so you’ll likely need to spend a few minutes getting the hang of things at the beginning before you can start to wreck foes.
In the Chroma Wars map, players are divided into two teams; Red and Blue. The goal of the Red team is to throw eggs everywhere in order to apply a stain of red on everything whereas the goal of the Blue team is to throw snowballs everywhere to apply a stain of blue to things. Also, alongside changing things to a shade of your team’s color, you’ll have to kill the players of the opposing team through the limited arsenal at your disposal, and the goal is to kill a total of 25 players of the other team in order to be victorious.
Chroma Wars comes with a total of six different maps for players to enjoy and each individual map feels distinct. Some of the maps, such as Labyrinth and Columns, can be quite challenging so it’s best to practice them a little bit before you play a match in them because you’ll struggle quite a lot otherwise. All said and done, though, Chroma Wars is an exciting PvP map that you’ll be hooked on for countless hours as long as you have friends to play it with.
