Daythumper is a gorgeous resource pack that draws a variety of inspirations from PastelPlumb but still manages to make enough changes of its own in order to have a unique identity. This is a resource pack for players who are fans of cute and colorful art styles. Before we go into the specifics of this pack, we want to highlight that it hasn’t really been made for players who want a high definition resource pack that’ll make their Minecraft world look realistic so, if you’re looking for something of this particular sort, you’ll probably have to keep looking. However, if you want a simplistic resource pack with a vibrant art style and a clean look, Daythumper is a pack that’ll certainly deliver.
The Daythumper resource pack features what is perhaps the most vibrant and immersive color palette that we’ve ever seen in a Minecraft resource pack. Often times, lack of detail is something that can completely put people off trying a resource pack but, thankfully, that isn’t the case here because of the incredible color palette that the pack features as well as the clean textures that seem to be completely free of any kind of noise. The pack doesn’t really require shaders to function properly either and this something that can’t really be said for a lot of other Minecraft resource packs.
Since Daythumper doesn’t have highly detailed textures, a 16×16 resolution is more than enough for this pack to function and deliver the visual experience that it brings to the table. The great thing about this resolution is the fact that players will be able to use the pack without FPS issues, even on low-end PCs.
