Dolphin ll is a captivating Minecraft map that, of course, is the sequel to the original Dolphin which was a racing-focused map that utilized the new swimming mechanics of Minecraft in order to provide players with an engaging gameplay experience. Dolphin ll is based on the same fundamentals as its predecessor so, if you enjoyed the first map, you’ll definitely enjoy this one. Even if you haven’t played the first Dolphin map, though, we still recommend trying Dolphin ll out as it’s capable of providing an engaging and exciting gameplay experience to anyone who gives it a shot.
The first Dolphin map had some great moments as far as the gameplay was concerned but it felt rather lackluster in terms of visuals. Fortunately, though, the flaws that existed in the first map have been remedied in this one because, in terms of visuals, Dolphin ll is nothing short of gorgeous. The Dolphin ll map consists of two different tracks and each one of these tracks is a sight to behold due to the stunning scenery surrounding them as well as all the creatively designed tubes and obstacles that you’ll have to make your way through as you progress through it.
Another thing about Dolphin ll that deserves quite a bit of praise is the fact that it can be customized to an extensive degree. The map comes with a pretty in-depth settings menu through which you’ll be able to do things like add new effects, adjust speeds, customize teams, and do a ton of other things in order to customize the experience according to your liking. All said and done, Dolphin ll is an incredibly well-designed Minecraft map that you simply must give a shot to if you’re looking for something innovative and enjoy fast-paced racing-based maps.
