Fluxy is a cleverly designed resource pack that was originally released around three years back but, after some time, the pack stopped receiving updates, so it became dormant for a while. However, as of recently, Fluxy has been brought to life with an update that’s made it compatible with version 1.12.2 of Minecraft so, if you’ve been wanting to give this pack a shot but couldn’t do so due to compatibility issues, you won’t have to worry about these issues any longer as the compatibility troubles have been resolved and the pack’s been updated to work with the latest versions of the game.
The Fluxy resource pack definitely deserves quite a bit of praise for the creative art style that it brings to the table. The pack manages to bring together both realistic and medieval art style and, while these two styles definitely have a lot of differences between them, Fluxy manages to combine them in a cohesive manner in order to give players a delightful visual experience. Texture detail isn’t necessarily among this pack’s strengths because the amount of detail in the textures is fairly standard but, all things considered, the textures still look quite nice due to the aforementioned art style as well as the darker color palette that accompanies each texture.
Fluxy has a resolution of 32×32 which is a slight jump up from the usual 16×16, so it’s highly unlikely that you’ll have performance related issues with this resource pack, even on computers that have low-end hardware.
