New World is an absolutely phenomenal map with a very creative concept that’s been inspired by No Man’s Sky. For those who don’t know what No Man’s Sky is, it’s basically an exploration game that was released during the August of this year. No Man’s Sky has been based on a very unique gameplay concept that revolves around randomly generating new worlds for the players to explore. This concept generated a lot of hype around the game before its release, and now it’s become a part of Minecraft maps as well. New World utilizes the same ideas as No Man’s Sky in order to give players an immersive and engaging experience that’s quite unlike anything that other maps have to offer.
New World is a survival map that features randomly generated 32×32 worlds that you’ll need to survive in. As you progress through the map, you’ll constantly be taken into exciting new worlds that are completely unique. Every new world that you explore will have its own random biomes, terrain, ores, dungeons, mobs, and more. Since everything is randomized, you can be sure that no two worlds will give you the same experience and this is exactly what makes this map worth playing.
Due to how the gameplay of the New World map has been designed, you’ll probably be able to enjoy this map for up to ten hours. The map’s absolutely loaded with content so you’ll never feel the gameplay becoming dull or repetitive. It’s worth mentioning that the map is quite challenging so you probably shouldn’t be playing it if you’re not already familiar with the gameplay of survival maps. The New World map fully supports multiplayer as well, so if you want to go through the experience alongside a friend, then you’ll be given the option to do so.
