Operation Lion’s Gate is a captivating adventure map that’s based around historical fiction in order to give players an experience that’s truly leaps and bounds ahead of what other traditional maps in this category can offer. We’ve had the pleasure of trying out some truly spectacular adventure maps over the years, but this one certainly takes the cake as it features absolutely every single thing that you could want out of a top tier adventure map such as top tier gameplay, an engrossing plot and of course solid visuals.
The plot of Operation Lion’s Gate revolves around an operation that your country, Israel, is planning to launch on Jerusalem in order to take it. The operation won’t be an easy one, and many lives will likely be lost as Jordanian forces are currently occupying the area, but it’s something that must be done so that you can occupy the temple and retake the entire place for Israel. It’s key to remember that the events depicted in this map are purely fictional and didn’t actually take place in reality.
In terms of gameplay, Operation Lion’s Gate has quite a lot to offer. The map has three different expertly crafted weapons that players can utilize to wreak havoc on their opponents and, on top of these, there are multitudes of other engaging features as well that are sure to enhance your experience by a tremendous amount. The map fully supports multiplayer as well, but it’s important to remember that it lags when running on a server so, before you embark on an adventure alongside your friends, keep in mind that you’ll have to deal lag from time to time. All things considered, though, Operation Lion’s Gate is a phenomenal Minecraft map that’ll have you immersed until you’ve experienced every single bit of what it has to offer.
