Parkour Island is, without a single doubt, one of the most exciting parkour maps that we’ve come across in quite some time because it offers what is perhaps the most complete experience that you could ask for from a Minecraft parkour map. Most maps we’ve seen from the parkour category are no doubt a treat to play but one major flaw with pretty much all of them is the fact that it doesn’t really take long to fully complete them so the experience fails to be truly immersive but, thankfully, that isn’t the case here thereby making this a map worth anyone’s while.
The Parkour Island map essentially takes place on full-fledged items and your goal is to make your way to the top of the mountain that’s in the middle of this island. Working your way to the top of the mountain might not seem like that difficult of a task at first but, once you actually start your journey, you’ll see that this is actually an incredibly difficult challenge. One rather intriguing thing about the Parkour Island map is the fact that it doesn’t have any special block effects so it’s trying to give players a classical experience that veteran parkour fans will definitely appreciate.
The Parkour Island map fully supports multiplayer so, if you don’t necessarily feel like getting to the top of the mountain by yourself and want to enjoy the adventure alongside your friends, you’ll be given the ability to do so. The map seems to be completely bug-free as well so your overall experience will definitely be a smooth one. Overall, Parkour Island is a spot-on parkour map that remedies one of the biggest issues that players have had with this particular map category and provides an extremely engaging experience.
