The Plasmacraft resource pack is currently a work in progress but, given its distinct design, we simply had to put it in the spotlight. Although there are multitudes of Minecraft resource packs currently available for the community to try out, most of them are inspired by designs and styles that have been around for quite some time now but Plasmacraft is a pack that goes against this trend. The pack’s been designed to rebuild Minecraft’s visuals from the ground up and all of its textures have been crafted for scratch so it’s definitely recommended that you give it a shot because it’s quite unlike a lot of traditional packs.
The most impressive thing about the Plasmacraft resource pack is the fact that its visuals feature a style that’s unlike anything that we’ve seen before in Minecraft resource packs. Each individual texture in this pack looks distinct and they’ve all been executed with perfection thereby making them an absolute treat to look at. One flaw that we do want to point out is the fact that some of the textures can look rather noisy at times but this particular flaw only exists in a few textures so it doesn’t hinder the overall experience all that much.
The textures of the Plasmacraft resource pack have been built on the usual Minecraft resolution of 16×16 which is why it’s highly unlikely that you’ll run into any performance related issues while using this pack, even if you play Minecraft on a computer that has low-end hardware. One important thing worth noting, though, is that the pack is still farm from completion but, even in its current state, we recommend trying it out because of the distinct design.
