The Flight is a captivating Minecraft map in which players play the role of a sole survivor of an airplane crash who’s now stranded on a strange island that there seems to be no getting out of. The plot might seem fairly generic at first sight but there’s actually a lot more to it than initially meets the eye, alongside the top-notch plot, The Flight also offers an expertly designed game world as well as highly engaging gameplay that players won’t be disappointed with so, all things considered, this is a map that won’t let you down if you choose to give it a shot.
Gameplay
In terms of gameplay, The Flight doesn’t really stray too far from the fundamentals that adventure maps are usually known for. There’s a fairly large game world to explore, lots of intriguing entities to interact with, and an array of other fun things that you can do while you make your way through the map. One rather unfortunate issue with The Flight is the fact that it doesn’t support multiplayer mode and this mode is definitely something that could’ve elevated the entire experience to another level entirely because maps of this sort are significantly more enjoyable when played co-op.
Compatibility and Technical Aspects
The Flight does have a few technical issues that surface from time to time and can be rather annoying but none of these are significant enough to have a major impact on your overall experience. The map’s also going to receive an update fairly quickly that’s being pushed out for the purpose of fixing bugs and such. The Flight is available for Minecraft 1.12.2 only so you’ll need to ensure that this is the version of the game you have in order to avoid technical troubles.
