The story of the map is without a doubt one of the most in-depth and captivating stories that we’ve seen in this map category and, on top of the top notch story, the map also features some incredibly creative gameplay as well as really high-quality visuals to make sure that players remain completely hooked until they’ve seen everything through until the very end. Overall, if you enjoy high-quality puzzle maps, then The Forgotten Book will do more than live up to your expectations.

The Forgotten Book map takes place in the Amazonian jungle where you’re in search of a sacred treasure which is, of course, a book that existed long ago. This book supposedly holds great powers of magic, and anyone who gets access to it will become incredibly powerful. You must persevere against all odds and overcome all the dangers of the Amazonian jungle to get to a temple known as The Cupola, and in this temple, you’ll find the hidden book. Of course, the temple holds its own fair share of dangers so you need to be prepared at all times because absolutely anything can happen.

The gameplay of The Forgotten Book is quite varied since there are lots of climbing sequences, a ton of exploration to do, various puzzles to solve, and a whole lot more. This is hands down one of the best-looking maps we’ve seen because the in-game Amazonian jungle is filled to the brim with amazing detail that’ll make you just want to stop and look at it. Overall, The Forgotten Book is easily one of the highest quality adventure maps out there for Minecraft, and we highly recommend giving it a shot.
