The Lava Wipeout by Epicowner is an exhilarating parkour map that’s been inspired by the hugely popular TV show named Wipeout. The map is actually a sort of sequel to The Wipeout Obstacle course which was also designed by Epicowner a while ago. Much like its predecessor, The Lava Wipeout has a variety of obstacles and sequences that have been taken directly from the TV show but this particular map comes with a pretty neat twist that makes things a lot more challenging than they were in the original Wipeout Obstacle Course so if you’re someone who’s looking for something difficult then this map will deliver.
The biggest change in The Lava Wipeout map is the fact that it uses lava instead of water. Since there’s lava throughout the map, things are a lot more punishing, and you’ll need to be extra careful because you will end up taking a whole lot of damage from the lava otherwise. Most of the functionality of The Lava Wipeout is actually quite similar to the original Wipeout Obstacle Course so you’ll find a lot of great parkour sequences like normal parkour, boat parkour, and even slime block parkour. However, it’s worth mentioning that The Lava Wipeout does have a few unique features of its own that set it apart.
In case you ever end up falling into the lava or being defeated by the course, there’s a great checkpoint system that’ll automatically take you back to the checkpoint you last touched. The checkpoint system is a very useful feature because it makes sure that you won’t have to start from the very beginning of the map if you ever end up dying. Onto the technical side of things, The Lava Wipeout doesn’t seem to have any major bugs so it’s unlikely that you’ll experience any during the gameplay.
