Pokemon Go Yellow Pikachu Electric is a resource pack that, as the name suggests, has been inspired by the insanely popular Pokemon game that came out back in July. Pokemon Go broke quite a lot of records on release due to its absolutely insane popularity and its popularity caused elements from it to spread to other games as well. With this texture pack, Pokemon go has found its way into Minecraft and, overall, this is a pretty solid pack that does a rather excellent job of replicating the elements from the hugely popular mobile game within Minecraft.

It’s worth mentioning that the Pokemon Go Yellow Pikachu Electric texture pack is based primarily around PvPing so you probably won’t notice any major changes to the textures of the environment such as grass, stone, gravel and what not. However, the item designs of the pack are extremely high quality and they all tend to lean towards the yellow color which is probably because of the fact that Pikachu is the primary inspiration for this pack and Pikachu has a yellow color. The focus on the yellow color actually works out quite well because it gives the textures a distinct and refreshing look that you don’t usually see in most run-of-the-mill packs.

Pokemon Go Yellow Pikachu Electric has a resolution of 16×16 and its textures don’t really carry that much detail so you’ll be able to run the pack without any frame-rate and lag related issues. The pack’s 90% complete right now so you’ll hardly notice anything missing although it’s worth mentioning that certain features are subject to change in the future through updates.
