The name of the 16 Shades of Parkour Map is a rather fitting one because it’s a map that consists of a total of 16 different parkour levels that you will need to navigate through. The map came out only recently, and it hasn’t even been a full week since it was released. It works only with Minecraft 1.9 and above which is probably due to the fact that it has multiple different features that exist only in the latest versions of the game’s client. Overall, it’s a stellar pack that you definitely shouldn’t miss out on if you enjoy some high-quality parkour gameplay.

The highlight of 16 Shades of Parkour is that its gameplay never feels repetitive. Each and every individual level has a unique parkour course waiting for you and due to this, you will get to enjoy a total of sixteen different parkour types as you try your best to make it through the whole map without faltering along your journey. The parkour types include the usual stuff like Classic Parkour, Time Trial Parkour, and Ladder Parkour along with some new types as well that are unique only to Minecraft 1.9 for example Elytra Parkour.

In terms of challenge, 16 Shades of Parkour isn’t necessarily that difficult but it isn’t too easy either so both casual, as well as hardcore players, should be able to enjoy what it has to offer. It’s worth mentioning thought that this is the very first parkour map designed by Bast1us and SuperAxandar, so there might be a few bugs and glitches in-between the experience, but fortunately, no major issues have been reported up until now which is definitely a good sign. All things considered, this is an exhilarating parkour map that’s worth playing mainly because of all the different parkour types that it features.
