The Simplistico resource pack is an excellent pack for all you simpletons out there who just want their Minecraft to look simple and elegant without any extra bells or whistles attached. This is an excellent resource pack that’s been out for only two days and has already been downloaded nearly a thousand times. The response from the community has also been swell, people have had nothing but good to say about it up until now and it’ll probably continue like this since there are a lot of great new features that are still to come for this incredible creation.
The Simplistico resource pack is perfect if you prioritize smoothness, color palette and simplicity over all else. It’s incredible how amazing smooth and elegant this pack makes the game look. The developer, Assassin794, has stated that he drew quite a lot of inspiration from the OCD resource pack when designing this one and it clearly shows since these two are similar in a lot of ways, they both prioritize on simplicity over all else, and neither of them tries to alter the game’s original look in any significant way.
Perhaps the most impressive thing about the Simplistico resource pack is how great it looks despite being at a relatively low resolution of x16. The low resolution, however, is great news for players who are running Minecraft on low-end PCs since it’ll allow them to use the pack as well which is great and is probably why this pack has been downloaded so much in such a short amount of time. As of right now, this pack doesn’t show any significant bugs or glitches that might hinder the experience for the players, so if you’re looking for a simple and straightforward pack, then this is an excellent choice.
