10 Second Rush is pretty much the epitome of fast-paced parkour maps. Before going into any further detail about it, we’d like to emphasize on the fact that it’s an insanely challenging map that you probably shouldn’t consider trying out if you’re new to this map category. If you’re an adept parkour player then you’ll definitely like the kind of gameplay that it offers but if you’re still getting the hang of Minecraft’s parkour then it’s highly recommended that you start with some other map because this one certainly won’t hold your hand and stop to guide you through the basics.
The gameplay of 10 Second Rush is pretty much exactly what you’d expect it to be from its name. In each level, you’ll be given only ten levels to get from the beginning to the end, and this might just prove itself to be one of the most challenging tasks that you’ve done in Minecraft. Within ten seconds you’ll have to figure out the path to the finish and then run through it while going through all the parkour related obstacles along your way. It might be challenging, but the level of thrill that it provides is something that other maps simply cannot do.
One minor flaw with the 10 Second Rush map is that you might not be able to play it properly if you’re on a low-end PC. Due to its fast-paced nature, a bad computer might end up being a pretty serious handicap, so if you want to play this map properly, then you’ll probably need to play it on a good computer that can run Minecraft without any frame-rate or lag issues. The map is available only in single player, and the total play-time of it clocks in somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes depending on how skilled you are at parkour.
