Aliens: Aboard the Infesta Map 1.8.9

Aliens: Aboard the Infesta Map, once known as Specimen XX121 is a pretty incredible map for Minecraft that’s sure to give players a fantastic experience full of thrill. The gameplay of the map is really well crafted and quite addictive, it can be played single player but alongside that, it also has a great co-op mode that allows two players to team up in order to go through it. There’s a lot to like about this pack but keep in mind that it will only run with Minecraft 1.8.X so you need to be on the same version if you want to enjoy all that it has to offer.

The story of the Aliens: Aboard the Infesta takes place on a spaceship known as the MSS Infesta. Your ship was on course to its destination when it ended up exploding for no apparent reason. Nearly every single human passenger that was on the ship has passed away and you seem to be the only survivor. However, that the ship was carrying alien specimens known as the Xenomorph XX121s and they managed to escape from where they were being held. You must survive the onslaught of these alien specimens and try to escape from the ship before it’s too late.

The Aliens: Aboard the Infesta map comes with its very own custom resource pack that does an excellent job of making the experience more immersive and engaging. It’s been out for almost a year now and has been downloaded over 50,000 times which is rather impressive. It’s received nothing but positive reviews from anyone who has ever had the chance to try it out and many players are even requesting the developer to make a continuation of it which goes to show how well designed and fun to play this map is.
