Cosmetic Wings Mod

The Cosmetic Wings mod, as the name suggests, is a purely cosmetic mod that’s been built to add a bit more visual flare to the world of Minecraft. If you’ve ever felt that traditional Minecraft characters have always looked stale and you want to enhance the way they look then this mod is certainly one that you should be trying out. It makes the in-game characters look a lot flashy but, again, we want to point out that the changes made by this mod are purely cosmetic so, if you’re looking for new gameplay functionality, you should probably look elsewhere.

The Cosmetic Wings mod adds various different kinds of wings to the game that you can equip onto your character in order to make it look absolutely spectacular. The great thing about this mod is the fact that it actually features tons of different wing designs and, when used alongside Elytra, it actually does seem that you character is flying through these wings. One thing worth mentioning, though, is that some of the wings are actually a bit too large and can obscure the view a little bit but, overall, this is a fairly minor issue that shouldn’t have that big of an impact on your experience.

It’s worth keeping in mind that the wings in the Cosmetic Wings don’t actually need to be crafted and can simply be equipped through the mod’s interface. All you have to do is press ‘Y’ while in-game in order to bring the mod’s GUI and, through here, you’ll be able to browse through all the different wings and equip the one that fits your preferences the most. All said and done, Cosmetic Wings is a great mod that makes Minecraft characters look a lot flashier by giving them wings to equip.

1. Download and install the recommended Minecraft Forge for your Minecraft version.
2. Download the latest mod version for your Minecraft version.
3. Put the .jar file into the mods folder of your Minecraft installation.
