Deadly Monsters is a great mod that aims to add a bit of extra depth to the mobs of Minecraft. Battling against mobs is quite enjoyable but, after a while, it becomes slightly repetitive since you have to face the same mobs over and over again and they follow the same repetitive patterns that they always do. If you’ve been playing Minecraft for a while, then you’re probably accustomed to the attack and movement patterns of most of the game’s mobs and likely don’t enjoy fighting them as much as you did as a new player to the game. Thankfully, the Deadly Monsters mod is here to add more depth to the game’s combat by implementing various new mobs for you to combat.
The Deadly Monsters mod features multitudes of different monsters that you’ll get to slay as you make your way through the world of Minecraft and the best thing about these monsters is the fact that that they all feature unique designs and attack patterns and this leads to a very refreshing experience. All the mobs in this mod are quite strong, and some of them even utilize elemental forces to dish out their damage so you’ll need to be prepared for anything that they might throw at you.
While the primary attractions of the Deadly Monsters mod are its mobs, the mod also features a bunch of items and blocks for the players to use along with their journey. These blocks and items aren’t really anything game-changing or revolutionary, but they’re still quite useful and, at certain times, you’ll definitely be glad that they exist. As for its technical side, the Deadly Monsters mod is very well constructed, so you probably won’t have any troubles getting it to run properly as long as you use the mod on Minecraft 1.12.2 or 1.11.2.
