The Default 32×32 resource pack has been designed for the players who’ve wanted Minecraft to look like a better version of its current self. There are a lot of resource packs out there nowadays that alter the defining look of the game in various ways, and while these are pretty fun to use, there are times during which players just want to make the game look how it’s supposed to, and the Default 32×32 is perfect for this purpose. It’s been downloaded nearly 20,000 times in a period of eight months which is an impressive feat.
Default 32×32 takes the original textures and simply makes them look better by recreating them at a higher resolution. There’s no doubting the fact that creating a proper resource pack of this kind can be rather challenging because there are just so many standards that the developer has to match in order to make the pack worth anyone’s while, but it’s safe to say that Default 32×32 hits then nail on the head because every single texture looks exactly as it’s supposed to.
Of course, like most other resource packs, Default 32×32 does come with its fair share of issues. Some players have reported compatibility issues with newer versions of Minecraft, and some have even had buggy textures, but alongside this, there’s been a whole lot of critical acclaim as well so your experience should be a good one. It’s worth remembering that the pack is currently a work in progress so you might run into a few incomplete textures but these occurrences are fairly uncommon and won’t have any significant impact on your experience.
