In a map category that’s gradually been stagnating over the years due to the lack of any real innovation, Different Angles Parkour feels like a breath of fresh air. If you haven’t been able to enjoy all the recent parkour map releases since they basically reuse the same gameplay concepts over and over again then this is a map that’s going to be right up your alley. Instead of altering the core gameplay, the Different Angles Parkour map ends up altering the perspective by which players parkour through all the different levels and the end result is an innovative and refreshing gameplay experience that players are going to enjoy quite a bit.
The Different Angles Parkour has 9 different parts in total and the thing that sets it apart from the crowd is the fact that it forces players to play from many different camera angles thereby leading to a unique and highly immersive gameplay experience. Some sequences of the map have to be played with a top down camera angle, some have to be played with a back view, some have to be played with a front view and, finally, there are even some sequences that you’ll have to play with a side view of your character.
It goes without saying that, due to all the different camera angles, Different Angles Parkour isn’t really a map that we’d recommend to newcomers. If you’re new to the parkour map category then you’ll be much better off with something that focuses entirely on the basics and doesn’t try to change the core gameplay in any major way. On the other hand, if you’re adept and parkour and are looking for something interesting to try out, this is a map that you shouldn’t pass up because of how innovative it is.
