The Ding mod is about as basic as mods get when it comes to Minecraft. Surprisingly though, it doesn’t add any blocks, items, armor, weapons or monsters to the game. What could a mod do that would be simple if it doesn’t do something like this? Well, you might be surprised. Basically, when your game is finished loading and ready to play, this mod will cause a loud “Ding” noise to play and signal the fact the game is ready. This mod has mixed usefulness because many players prefer to just sit and wait for their game to load, making it totally useless to them.
Many players, but not all players. There are those who have multiple mods installed and know their Minecraft client will take several minutes to load and start playing. Maybe they like to make a quick trip to the bathroom or get a snack or something to drink while they wait. This could even be you getting described here; lots of people are like this. For these players, the Ding mod would actually be pretty useful. Long load times which tend to vary can have players coming back before the game is loaded, or after only to find they’ve been killed by something. The Ding mod removes all this frustration.
That’s all it does, too. Because it’s such a simple mod, Ding can be used by literally anyone who is capable of playing Minecraft. It doesn’t require any other mods to work, and you don’t need Forge or another loader to keep things in order either since it’s so simple and small. Again, because it’s so simple and small, many Minecraft players will be able to get by just fine without it. If you mod extensively or know you are prone to lengthy load times though, this could be a very useful tool for you. A hit or miss mod, for sure.

Maybe you can add some configurations to it, wherein you modders can play an external file in WAV or MP3 format?
I like this mod thanks a lot and it helps a lot also.
